Google VS Research ResourcesI love music. All kinds. From my 80's rock roots to Ozark stomp music, I'll jam to to just about anything. Most of the time, I'm mindlessly humming my way through a song, never really thinking about its meaning.
Today's ChallengeFirst, take a look at these lyrics from various songs. If you don't already know the title of the song, you'll need to use these Google Hacks to identify the song & the artist. This is the ONLY time you should access Google for this challenge. Second, access Student Resources in Context to dive deeper into the meaning of the lyric. Using the tool, Flipgrid, your group needs to explain the following about the lyric that you choose:
BBloFinally, post your findings on your collaborative Flipgrid. Include the following: Read the lyrics that you were given in class. Identify the Title and Artist of the song. A brief description of the event, person, and/or place that is being referenced.(5 W's) Explain the problem or conflict in society surrounding the historical event, person and/or place. The meaning of the lyric that you were given. Finally, does this problem or conflict still exist in today's society? Cite your source in Flipgrid Block 2 Block 4
